Problem
Approximately 25% of families in Troop 798 participate in Booth Sales. The leaders have noted that many parents, new and veteran, have trouble with certain aspects of the Booth Sale paperwork. These challenges lead to policies not being followed, upset parents, and frustrated leaders. Leaders are spending a good amount of time having to explain procedures to parents after the fact and fixing mistakes from those procedures not being followed.
Solution
An eLearning course was designed and created in Articulate Rise with an introduction video created in Vyond. This video walked the parents through the important parts of running a successful Booth Sale.

Problem
C&M Roofing has seen a substantial increase in the number roofs that are unsafe and unstable when their employees go up to evaluate them. This results in wasted employee time as they have to find the best way to navigate a dangerous roof as well as potential employee injuries. The company has bought drones for each of their employees to use to survey and record roof damage, but the majority of their employees do not know how to use them.
Solution
A series of short videos was designed and created to introduce the employees to the basics of using the drone. The goal of the video series is for the employees to be able to quickly integrate using drones to survey and document roof damage.
This is the second video in this series. The goal of this video is to increase the amount of employees who are able to use the drone interface to 100%.

Problem
Montgomery Investor Group works with individuals to open small businesses. In recent polls of the small business owners and potential business owners, the investors found that only 50 percent of their small business owners had the knowledge and skills on the proper sharps disposal.
Solution
A series of short microlearning was designed and created to introduce the business owners to proper sharps policies. The goal of this training would be to increase the number of small business owners who follow OSHA standards to on sharps disposal 100%.
This is the second microlearning in this series.
